UPAYA PENGUATAN LITERASI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERNASIONAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGAJARAN

INFORMATION LITERATION AND INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION STRENGTHENNING EFFORTS TO IMPROVE TEACHING EFFECTIVENESSThis study was intended to find strategic and method increase teaching effectiveness through information literation interpersonal variables. The utilyzed a correlational approach SITOREM analysis which consist of two independent variables, they were literacy communication, one dependent variable that effectiveness. This research conducted at private vocational school in Rancabungur District 2021. population the 155 teachers 112 samples selected using proportional random sampling. used this survey data techniques, with statistical tests correlation simple liniear regression multiple linear. results as follow; firstly, there significant positive relationship between (X1) Teaching Effectiveness (Y) variables where coefficient ry1 = 0,494 determination r2 0,244. Secondly, There Interpersonal communication (X2) Learning Activity (Y), ry2 0.788 0.620. Thirdly, relation Literation Information Communication altogether compare pointed Coefficient ry12 0.825 also Determination r2y12 0.681. Based on those findings, it could be concluded risen up by strengthening Communication.
